Women’s Basketball League Rules

ASC Avondale Women’s Basketball House Rules

• Two 20 minute halves.
• Two 30 second timeouts per half. One timeout per overtime.
• Running clock, only stopping in the last two minutes of the second half.
• All teams are required to wear jerseys/shirts of the same color with numbers on the back. (No duplicate numbers)
• All rosters are final at the start of the 3rd game.
• Inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
• Anyone ejected for (verbal abuse, fighting or other foul acts) from a game will be removed from the league and no longer allowed in the facility unless otherwise decided by the Sports Coordinator.
• There will be no refunds if you or the team has been ejected from the league.
• Police will be notified of any physical altercations.
• All balances must be paid in full by the start of the 2nd game.
• All participants are required to purchase an annual membership in order to play.
• All players must check in at the front desk with their membership card to receive a wristband in order to play.
• All other standard high school rules apply.
